South B17ch diet

With the coercion of my sister who is undergoing it, I am now trying the South Beach Diet. The lack of energy due to the banning of easily convertible food is really taking its toll. I've never been this apart from rice all my life so that should cut down this belly soon. I'll keep you guys posted on what happens and if it works.

yeeesh...di ko ata kaya ang tuunay na South B17ch...am now at normal consumption, which, in fairness, has less carbs than before...so it's not just the one week or so of South B17ch that helps but also the assimilation (spell check!) of the diet into your normal consumption...

Waaaah! I feel so guilty about not taking a diet and not exercising right now...

But the thing is that I find the food a bit expensive di ba? Ang kanin pang-low budget office workers...

Kaya mo yan! Balitaan mo kami! :D

hahaha.. dahan dahan sa pagdiet... crash diet never works... slowly lessen your carb intake para nde ka manghina, and of course you still need carbs to function properly, ikaw din baka maubusan ng energy ang utak mo at matuyot... hahaha...

and of course you need excercise... the second curse of wanting to have a nice body is to excercise... hirap talaga noh! nagpapakamatay ka na nga mag diet tapos magpapakamatay ka pa magbuhat ng bakal... hehehe...

allow yourself to cheat... siguro once or twice a week... sabi nga nung nabasa ko you can still achieve the same goal by doing 87% of effort rather than doing the 100%... that gives you 13% of cheat.. hehehe...

d00d, don't completely ban carbs. Have wheatbread and fruit for brekky, RICE (yes, RICE!) and protein (chicken, pork, beef, fish) for lunch, then veggies foh dinnah.

i forgot the other things my brother talked to me about, so i'll have to consult him tomorrow for it when he gets back.

oh, and this is called the Abs Diet.
